We accept PayPal and all major credit cards through Etsy's direct checkout.

Shipping
I will usually be able to get your order out that day or the day after. I will do my very best to get your item to you as soon as I can. If you are making a custom order I will discuss with you how long it will be prior to your placing the order. Items will ship via USPS First Class Mail with a delivery confirmation and will generally reach you within a week in the United States. Of course it will be a bit longer for international shipping. You will be provided with a tracking number when your product is shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges
I guarantee all my work and will stand by it . I will work with you to assure that you are absolutely thrilled with your jewelry. I will be happy to change ear wire styles for no extra charge even after purchase. (buyer pays shipping both ways). Once orders have shipped the sale cannot be cancelled.

Returns: The item must be in new, unused and unworn condition for returns and buyer must contact me within 7 days upon receipt of item. Item must be packaged in the original box with padding and then put inside a padded envelope. A tracking number or other proof of delivery must be provided. Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

Exchanges: Unless the item has been custom ordered, you may send back the item for a replacement or another piece that is of equal value. Return shipping is the buy buyers responsibility.

Feedback: Please do not leave negative Feedback unless we have spoken and I've had a chance to repair the issue.

Custom Orders & Other Info:
*Necklace length can sometimes be adjustable depending on the availability of the components. I can lengthen or shorten chain, add extensions, etc.

*Earring findings can be whatever you would like. Please enter your choice in the "notes" section upon checking out. I will notify you if there will be a delay while I reorder earring findings.

*I love up-styling your antique jewelry. Review your jewelry box and pull out something you'd love to wear if it just wasn't so "old fashioned". Send it off to me and I'll see what I can do to make it one of your everyday favs! Be sure to insure your package and get a tracking number.
