A: NO! Our premium nylon labels will not fray when cut so you will not have to worry about any exposed edges. We offer you a lifetime guarantee that our labels will not fray when cut or when any edge is exposed after sewing or gluing on your items.

Q: I want the labels printed in such a way that when I fold the label, the front will show my full color logo and the back will show care instructions, is there an extra cost to do this?
A: Absolutely not! We can do this very easily and there is no extra charge required to do this type of printing. We can also help provide you with the care symbols if you don't have them - free of charge!

Q: Can I sew your labels flat on my items?
A: YES! Because our labels do not fray, you can sew them flat on your items without any worry at all!

Q: I don't have my logo or artwork in high resolution format, can you still work with my design to create my labels?
A: YES! Just send us your artwork and we will happily redraw in high resolution format and prepare it for your project, we will also send back to you a copy of your design in high resolution for other future uses you may need - free buy of charge!

Q: Can I sew your labels or do I glue them?
A: AS YOU WISH! Completely at your convenience! You can sew our labels on your items or you can glue them using any consumer glade glue in the market. Please note our labels are not "iron on" you will have to apply the glue separately if being glued on.
