Due to the nature of the items, I am unable to accept returns, but please contact me if your piece arrives and you feel another colour/style would suit you better and I will try to assist. All enquiries regarding an exchange must be made as soon as possible within three days of the date of delivery and in advance of your special occasion. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping and for the safe return of any fascinator. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on custom orders or orders which have additional creative elements added at the request of the buyer.
