buy Excellent example of mid-century geometric abstract design in futuristic graphics. Orange and brown shapes with metallic gold accents are printed on cream fiberglass fabric. Fiberglass curtains were very big in 1950s and 1960s. This fabric started as a curtain panel and has been carefully deconstructed.

Condition: excellent. No holes, sun damage, or dry rot. Original holes from pleats at the top and the hem at the bottom are visible. Also, the original hemline is visible. Two very small spots.
The pattern can run either way, and you get to decide. But when it was a curtain (from the stitching of the pleats), the pattern ran like in photo #1.
Fabric has been soaked in cold water to freshen and pressed on the back.
Fiberglass material was advertised as stretch, shrink, fade resistant, and was meant to be hand washed and hung to dry.
