Handmade Japanese style kiridashi knife

Every blade is made by hand using traditional hand tools.

The blade is made from 1085 high carbon steel and has been hardned to between 58-60 HRC. The blade is 3mm thick with a length of 1.75 inches (50mm). The overall length of the knife is 6.5 inches (170mm).
