Lace fabrics or trims, that where cut for your order are EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS! We only accept returns of appliques that are not made to order.
For third countries, there may be different return policies. Please ask before placing the order, if you're not sure.

If there is something wrong with the item and this buy was our mistake, we will offer you a refund or resend the item.

Please ask for a sample before you order a large quantity.
Samples can be cut off from laces ordered by yards - no samples from appliqués or exclusive beaded laces.
Your order is accepted by you if we don't hear anything from you within 14 days after you have received it.

The laces and appliqués will be shipped by Local post trackable mail - (7-10 business days to Europe and UK, 10-15 business days to the USA and 17-25 business days rest of the world)

All orders (expect the sample swatches) will be shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order by following the link on Etsy. If your package will be returned back because it is unclaimed, your order can't be canceled.
