We recommend to be used in a covered porch away from water to prevent natural fiber from darkening and direct sunlight to prevent fading. Fading will occur if is placed in direct sunlight for a long time due to the natural coir fiber. Please keep it dry to prevent fiber darkening. Doormats don't have lifetime warranty.

When you receive your doormat, it will have a little shading from the shipping journey. Shake out as needed or gently vacuum it.
