I am ram! I love you. I know my horns make me look tough, but don't be afraid. I am mostly blue, and my fearsome horns are a gray and soft and just like the rest of me, they are really snuggly. When you scratch behind my horns it makes me purr and I almost always fall asleep. I am really good at climbing to really high places especially at the playground. I get the hiccups all the time and love pancakes. Sometimes sheep snore. I am an Aries and a little stubborn.

He is hand knit with a soft acrylic yarn and polyester stuffing. His horns are a very light blue made with angora and merino wool that is very soft and a bit fuzzy. I knit each section of his body using a knitting technique called amigurumi or "knitting in the round" so that each animal is made with few or no seams. He measures 12" tall, and 8" wide. Because he is made of yarn, he is floppy and cuddly.

My favorite part of making Naka Nora Knits stuffed animals is knitting them, but the real magic comes when I embroider their faces and discover their personalities for the first time. Some are sweet, some funny, some are full of mischief. I love to imagine and always hope that each piece I make will become a special favorite toy for a child, the kind of toy you look for before you go to bed, the kind of toy that becomes a best friend.

Animals can be made with any material of yarn and in any color. Vegan and non-vegan yarn options are available. Each custom animal can be made into a rattle by request. Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks to make, though it may be longer during the holidays due to the volume of orders. I can usually accommodate special requests, so just ask.
