This hanger measures approximately 18 inches across, and is sturdy enough to hold heavier gowns. Our hangers have notches to support your straps.

PLEASE NOTE - Most wood hangers contain naturally occurring blemishes or small imperfections from the manufacturing process. Get Hung Up makes every effort to inspect each hanger of such imperfections before it is shipped.

* Hanger is recommended as a "show piece" and not for storage of your gown.

* Wire is bendable for manipulation of letters and therefore when not handled with care the wire could possibly be bent out of shape. Get Hung Up, LLC is not responsible for mishandling after shipment.

***ALL ORDERS
When an order is completed we will mark it as "SHIPPED" on your etsy order. All *US* packages come with tracking and you will receive the tracking number to your email address as well as on etsy. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ETSY AND PAYPAL ADDRESS IS CURRENT. Once it leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the USPS (United States Postal Service). We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or misrouted packages. If it is sent to the wrong address it will be your responsibility to pay for additional shipping or replacement hanger costs. You may request insurance if any of the above is a concern to you.

If an order is marked "SHIPPED" over 5 days, we advise to check with your Post Office directly and let them track down the package.

****CANADIAN ORDERS
It seems to take 2 weeks to a month to ship to Canada. I can not control how long Canadian Customs will hold your package so please allow at least 2 months before your hanger needs to reach you.
