French Brass Serving buy Tray with Crown, Coat of Arms & Sundry

Circa 1900.

Impressed heavy brass tray with rolled edges and corners.

12 1/2 inches (31.7 cm) by 9 inches (22.8 cm) by 1 inch (2.54 cm).

French crest (Fleur de Lis, stars) surmounted by a crown. To the left of the crest: clusters buy of oak leaves and acorns. To the right: an olive branch and olives. In each corner: a large impressed fleur de lis curled inwards. Edges are rolled inwards.

Back is impressed G. C. Depose.

Tray has been hand polished lightly. (835M)
