IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

Titanium rings are lightweight, skin-friendly, anti-allergic and nickel-free, so those who suffer from metal allergy may safely wear them.

The pattern and shade of antler is always different; that is why each ring is special, and it is not possible to make two identical rings from it. However, I always try to do my very best to make a ring according to the customer's wishes: darker, whiter, with more patterns or less patterns. Please, let me know in time what ring you want.

Since I use natural materials for the rings, there are some things you will have to pay attention to when wearing them. Although the surfaces of the rings are thoroughly treated, they might damage more easily than those of rings which are made of metal only.

Don't expose the ring to chemicals or heat, since the surface of the ring might be damaged.

Always protect the ring's surface from hitting, and in the case of antler rings, never grasp hard objects, since the ring might break or crack!

Should you already wear a ring, don't wear the ring made of antler on any of the neighboring fingers, since the ring you already have might abrade the new ring and might scratch its surface.

The ring should contact with water as rarely as possible. Don't leave it in water for a long time! When swimming or having bath/shower, take it off!

I make the rings according to the international ring size chart, so you can be sure that the size of the ring I make will be exactly the same you order. However, when defining the size of the ring, you should consider the following issues.

I definitely recommend visiting a jeweler who knows what ring size is right for the width you want!

It's buy very important that
- the self measurement can be very misleading for several reasons. Finger size can change depending on a variety of factors – like the season, weather, time of day, diet, medication, etc.
- the width of the ring will highly affect the size, wider bands fit more snugly than narrow bands. An example for it: if you wear narrow ring (2-3mm), you would want to size up 1/4 size for rings 5-6mm wide and 1/2 size for rings 7-8mm wide. Of course, this is only a recommendation, not a guarantee. If you choosing the wrong size, I cannot assume warranty and liability, nor can I refund you. If you are not sure of the ring size, please, consult with a jeweler, who can help you in finding the proper size for the ring width you want.
- the size of the rings made of titanium, stainless steel and antlers may not be changed afterwards due to their material.
- I make all rings on the basis of orders, that is I have no rings at all in stock, so if you order a wrong size ring, I will not able to exchange it, I can only make a new ring, but you will have to pay the price of the new ring too. On the other hand, should you order a wrong size ring, I am ready to give discounts from the price of the new ring. Should you have a problem like this, please, don't hesitate to contact me.

I work from my heart and my soul, because it's my purpose to make my customers happy. Of course, when I make a mistake, I'll do my best to remedy it. If you have any problems with the ring, please, contact me. Send a photo of the ring, and explain what happened to it, and we'll solve the problem.

Custom and/or personalized rings can't be returned.

If the ring is damaged or needs repair, I will fix it for free, but the shipping cost (round trip) will have to be borne by the buyer.

Should you order a wrong size ring, unfortunately, I won't be able to exchange it, since I made all rings on the basis of orders and I have no rings in stock. However, I can make another ring for you with 15% discount - if you purchased wrong size ring.
