Pinwheel and Square buy Design – LAP or BABY QUILT – Blue & Yellow

This charming floral-themed quilt is made with alternating traditional pinwheel squares and solid squares. The pinwheel squares feature tone on tone yellow floral prints, while the solid squares feature a subtle baby blue floral print. A double matted frame border surrounds the resulting panel, continuing the floral theme with vibrant blues and soft yellows. The backing is a lovely blue, yellow and white medium sized floral print that nicely complements the front. The floral pattern gets a nod once again with an artfully top-stitched floral pattern in yellow thread.

Size measures approximately 43” x 43”. This lovely quilt would look perfect on the back of a chair in a sunny reading nook, waiting to keep that special person warm. If intended for a baby, this quilt would serve well as a play mat or to accent baby's room in the crib or draped over a rocking chair. And don't forget other obvious uses, like an extra blanket for the stroller or when the little one is chilly rooting for big brother or sister on the soccer sidelines!

Life happens, so when the quilt needs a wash, simply launder on the gentle cycle with cold water and similar colors. Do not use bleach. To dry by machine simply use a low heat or gentle setting in the dryer. Or, do it the old fashioned way - hang it on the line for that crisp air smell and longer life of the quilt!

After washing remember that the quilt will wrinkle a bit, just the way it should!
