This lampshade is made of rigid heat-resistant material.

It has a standard European fitter and it's sold with a reducer ring so it can be used with E14 and E27 lamp bases.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

The European fitter is similar to the American Uno fitter (slips directly on to the lamp socket, below the light bulb) except the inner diameter is 42 mm (1 9/16")
This fitting usually requires E26 or E27 bulbs.
With the reducer ring on, the inner diameter is 29 mm (1 9/64”).

As you can see in the video, the easiest way to adapt it is to remove the harp and put the shade directly on the base.

If you‘d rather use your base with the harp, because there's an accessory on the top for instance, please choose the “Ceiling” option in the “STYLE” variations. This way the fitter will be 3 cm/ 1.18 inches from the top, instead of being at the bottom and you'll be able to secure it easily with 2 washers as explained in the video. ;)
