This classic tea set from the 1960s features gorgeous violet designs, illustrating symmetrical repeating floral bouquet patterns. You can find delicate gold gilding on the rims of the saucer and cake plate, as well as on the upper and lower rim and handle of the teacup.

Both trios are in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. The tea sets would make a wonderful addition to your collection, or a perfect gift for a loved one.

Duchess China has been manufacturing Fine Bone China since 1888 with the trading name of the Dresden Porcelain Company. They were taken over in 1935 by A.T. Finney and Sons, who produced fine bone china teawares under Duchess China Works until c. 1990. The Duchess factory was purchased in 1999 by Grimwades Ltd, who also owns the Royal Winton brand.
