All orders are dispatched the same day the order has been placed (sometimes the next day depending on the time). Your silk garment will either be shipped from Italy or Azerbaijan, depending on the availability of the silk garment in our studios. As soon as your silk garment has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking code which will allow you to check the location of your package. Due to Covid-19 and the impact it has had on the postal system both with staff isolating and the increase in packages being posted across the country there is a delay in post getting to its destination. Due the pandemic, we have noticed that packages usually arrive to the recipient between 2-3 weeks depending on their location.
