**Purchase a sizing kit first BEFORE you purchase a nail set!!**

All nail sets are made with GEL POLISH. If you are allergic, DO NOT purchase for your safety! I hand paint every set. No set will be EXACTLY alike or perfect in respect but I do my best! These sets are NOT printed by a machine. Every Queenie set comes with 10 press-on nails unless a special order is purchased with which an email discussion would be involved. Your first set comes with a prep kit which includes a buffer, a nail filer, an alcohol pad and an orange stick (cuticle pusher). I DO NOT provide glue. Although I can recommend some great glue brands. Feel free to ask! There are a variety of shapes and sizes under the "Type of Nail" Section. More to come! Every purchase will come with an invoice or confirmation of purchase.

Special orders are custom made designs that are not on the “buy” site that are requested through email. If you purchase a special-order set, you will be given a quote price which depends on the amount of handwork involved. If there is a medical condition that requires you to have less than what the set provides and need help accommodating that, PLEASE email/message me or make a note in the “additional notes section” at checkout and I will help you!

Sizing
MAKE SURE you have your sizes before ordering a set. You will need to put your sizes in the “additional notes” section once you get to checkout OR personalization section when purchasing your nail set. If you need help with your sizes or are unsure about your measurements, please email/message me. If your nail size is in between 2 sizes, pick the bigger one and once you receive your set file it down to better fit your nails. A measurement instruction card is included in the sizing kit. We DO NOT accept cancelation for sizing/length issues.

Product Decoration and Artwork
PLEASE NOTE that if a set has raw exposed glitter on it, IT WILL GET RUINED if liquids should touch the nail. Over time rhinestones, 3D art and the nail itself will come off, deteriorate, chip, etc. The color of the set you purchased may be slightly different in color in person compared to the pictures because of lighting. Pictures never do the nail art justice!

Refunds
NO REFUNDS. Product is final. I usually do a quality check before sending out the set. If there is an error in the nail production or artwork, please message me and I will help you with that. Queenie Press On Nails takes complete responsibility for any creation errors. If you have any concerns, please email/message me! I will help you!
We do not accept cancelation or refunds for sizing/length problems.

Shipping
We all know how sometimes packages can get ruined in the mail! buy It's frustrating when our packages aren't treated as fragile! Should the package be ruined in any way, and it has damaged the nails please take a picture of the packaging, the receipt (confirmation of purchase), and nail set then send that to my email. I will send out a new set as soon as possible. Remember again, that these sets are made to order so processing and shipping time will be the same.
I ask that you do not rate my business based on shipping mishaps as shipping is the responsibility of the USPS.
Please double check your shipping address! I cannot change the address once the set has been shipped out!
