1980s Gold High-Heel Shoes “Vero Cuoio” Metallic buy Leather Dead-Stock Woman’s Size 39 Vintage

This is a formal, vintage 1980s, pair of woman's European size 39, dead-stock (new-without-tag), gold, metallic, leather, high-heel shoes. Now I am calling them leather because they look like a genuine, textured, pebble leather especially since they do have a leather sole, but it is possible that the gold, metallic material is not leather. buy They look to be extremely well-made & are completely lined, but I cannot quite read the brand which looks like the word LEWIS stamped on the inside heel-bed. They are also stamped on the bottom of the sole with the words VERO CURIO which translates “Real Italian Leather”. They are dressy, pump-style shoes with a skinny high-heel made of a tan composite measuring 3.5 inches at the highest part of the heel in the back & 3 inches tall at the inside of the heel. The width of the heel at the top is 1.75 inches and the bottom tip of the heel measures 1/2 inch in diameter. The toe box of the shoes are strappy with 1/4 inch straps which are trimmed over top with a large, leather-covered buckle. The sides of the shoes remain open. They are in excellent condition and have never been worn as you can tell by the soles. I wear a size 8 shoe and they are too big for me. I noticed while putting them on that it was a little difficult maneuvering through the narrow instep, but once on they were OK. I might also say that buying shoes without trying them on first is typically not a good practice as everyone's feet are quite different so they might not fit properly.
