This hat was first made as a custom order for a wedding party. I liked it so much, I remade it and added it to my shop.

I made it with a blue base and used high quality lace. Decorations include:

- handmade flowers
- pearl "necklace"

You have the option to add a ivory or white Russian veil: see last picture. The veil will come on a separate silver comb.

*All of my mini top hats come in their own hat box for safe keeping!

• Size: 5'' inches wide at the base, 4 '' inches high

• The ready to ship hat comes with a black elastic. If you would rather have a white elastic,
please specify in buyer's notes.

• Perfect for a wedding, tea party, costume party as a photo prop or for people that dare to be
unique like you!

• How to wear a mini top hat: the elastic headband should be BEHIND your head, under your
hair, not under your chin (i do not recommend wearing it that way).

• Due to the handmade nature of my items, slight variations may occur.

• All my accessories are handmade from beginning to end by me in a smoke and pet-free
environment.

• Please always supervise children under the age of 4 while wearing accessories with
small parts that could potentially be swallowed.

• There may be a slight differences in the colors appearance due to a variance in buy computer
monitors, lighting and my lack of ability to make professional product pictures.
