Handmade from premium plastic tablecloths. Each streamer is individually cut and tied to jute twine.

Hanging Recommendations:
I recommend you hang from removable command hooks. Can also secure with heavy duty tape or thumb tacks

You can hang on wall, mantle, railing, over window, fence, in between pillars, balloon buy arch, above a table. Pairs well with the happy birthday garland and balloons
