I knit clothes from a distance and always get positive feedbacks. As clothes are made according to the specified parameters, the return of goods is not practiced.
The exchange of goods is provided only in special cases due to my fault, if the goods do not meet the specified parameters of the customer.
The goods must be returned in their original condition, with tags and unused. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be sent only after we safely receive the returned items.
