Vintage Black Round Button with buy Carved Dog’s Head

A vintage black wood button featuring a carved head of a Retriever or hunting dog. The head of the dog is carved from bovine bone with excellent detail.

Measurements; 1 1/8” in diameter, depth (not including shank) is 5/8”

Condition Report; Very good. The button has buy been examined using jeweler's loupes of different strengths. The head of the dog has no odor when rubbed (such as Bakelite or other plastics).
