That being said, we cannot guarantee that a crystal may not become loose, or even come free entirely. As with any product with small items, dislodged crystals can be a choking hazard! If you see your child picking at the crystals or putting the item in their mouth please discontinue use. We only use genuine Swarovski® Flat Back Crystals. In any listing where a name brand item is listed as being included in the finished product, all of those items are authentic, brand new, never used, and never worn.

Shipping Method:
Unless otherwise indicated, all items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number will be provided.

Packaging:
All items are shipped in a USPS Priority Mail box. Each item will be wrapped in custom JoMarieNY branded packaging, perfect for gift giving and safe keeping.

Care Instructions:

Shoes, Sneakers, Mary Janes and Slippers:
Hand wash only using a damp soft cloth and mild soap. Never scrub or use abrasive chemicals or cleaners.
To maintain your products sparkle make sure to avoid harsh chemicals when cleaning the Swarovski crystals.
Never dry with heat. Air dry only.
