The here offered paperknife was designed during in the Art Nouveau period in Europe. The opener is made around 1900-20 and is decorated with the typical figural design. This letter opener is made from pweter and nickeled metal made in Europe, and is not marked. The letter opener in a used condition and without a monogram, with traces of utilization, see photos.
