Product images
Our product images illustrate the exact hide that will be sent upon purchase. We do not use stock photos or photos which do not reflect the product accurately. In addition, we do not use filters on our photos in order to give the most accurate visual description possible. Colours may vary ever so slightly but this will be minimal and only the result of different lighting conditions and displays /monitors.

Small holes, scars and markings
All our hides are brand new and come from genuine cattle hide and each piece may have minor natural imperfections. This will not affect the wear or durability of the cowhides, we feel that these natural characteristics enhance the products appearance and are a key sign of authenticity

Cowhide rug sizing
When we advertise our rugs for sale, we try our best to be as accurate as possible with our descriptions. Please be aware that measurements specified are always given (Max. Length) X (Max. Width)

Sourcing

All of our hides are ethically sourced and are a by-product of the meat industry. We import all of our products from the Far East and South America.

Rose Maye Décor - Returns Policy

If you wish to return an items you can do so providing the following applies:
•The item (s) are returned with 14 days of purchase and we have been notified of the return request.
•The Item is still in saleable condition as originally provided with product tags
•The buyer incurs the shipping cost of sending returning the goods
•The buyer accepts that we can only refund the value paid for the goods only and not the packaging and postage/ shipping cost which was changed on their order.
•The buyer understands that it can take up to 48 hours to issue a refund once the returned goods have been received.
•The buyer agrees that there will be £5.00 restocking fee for the entirety of the order. (unless the item sold is faulty or defective – Please see below for faulty goods)


The above policy applies if:

•The customer has ordered the incorrect goods - (despite this information being accurately portrayed in the product images/ description.)
•The customer ordered the wrong size or colour or buy similar details - (despite this information being accurately portrayed in the product images/ description.)
•The customer placed the order by accident
•The customer has changed their mind about the order and would like a refund
•Any other reason with exception to the goods being received defective/ faulty, unless it is clearly advised so in the product description/ product images of the listing.



Faulty or defective goods

If the goods received are found to be faulty or defective, we will be happy to issue a full refund which includes the original shipping cost paid. In addition, for faulty goods returns, we will not charge a restocking fee. The refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods.
