buy Handmade leather corset style top hat. I made this in black leather with the top and brim in a croc printed brown leather. It's handstitched throughout. The brim is wired on the edge so that you can shape it to suit you.

It's a small to medium, ideally fitting a 22" head circumference.

It would be a perfect addition to any steampunk outfit.
