**Multiple orders are received daily, which can affect processing times. 1-2 weeks is the normal processing time, but will vary depending on the amount of orders taken the same day. Here's how buy to measure your pet:

NECK, measure from base or bottom of neck
CHEST, measure thickest part of chest
LENGTH, measure from base of neck to rump (PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE TAIL MEASUREMENT AS IT IS NOT NEEDED.)

**SIZES ABOVE A MEDIUM WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $10 TO COVER MORE MATERIALS. CONTACT ME TO SEE WHAT SIZE YOUR PET FALLS INTO.**

Please double check your pet's measurements before submitting them for an order, as there will now be a $25 charge (per dress) to re-do dresses for incorrect measurements provided, plus $3.50 to cover return shipping. All dresses are triple checked for accuracy before being packaged and shipped. Outfits are carefully custom made, along with room for adjustments if needed to fit your pet's unique measurements, so measuring correctly is very important.
