SHIPPING POLICIES
• We ship non-holiday Monday mornings to prevent the possibility of your package being stuck in the post office on weekends
• We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Guam, and other overseas islands. Please check your local state and territory laws for buying plants online.
• We can not ship internationally, domestic sales only.
• We can hold shipping due to inclement weather, please message us after your purchase
• Plants or cuttings will be shipped bare-root with sphagnum moss and without pot and soil.
• All plants will be shipped bare-root for California customers
• We try to sell species that have a high survivability rate on long-distance shipments, but please understand they are living organisms. We won't refund for leaf loss or yellow leaves.
• Some species are more sensitive to shipping shock, we will warn buyers in the listing, please be aware it is at buyer's risk to purchase extra sensitive plants
• We will try our best to package all plants with paper, moss, and padding protection for free as required by the plant.
• Please purchase a 40-hour heat pack in my store if needed. I'm not responsible for cold weather damage if you don't do so.
• We do not promote fancy or overly packaged packing, for environmental reasons, we do our best to use recycled materials (outdated newspaper, recycled materials).

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE POLICY:
We guarantee live on arrival (full refund or replacement for dead plants) and also partial refund damaged plants,
However, in the following situations, we can not issue a refund or replacement:
• Extreme weather without request for hold on shipping
• buy Additional winter protection not purchased.
• Customer refused or cannot provide pictures of dead or damaged plants on arrival.
• Customer did not reach out to us within 24 hours of package delivery.
• The damage is created by unwrapping the plant by the customer.

BUYING CUTTINGS:
We offer cuttings and nodes sometimes for some rare aroids/succulents to help to make those plants more accessible. But please do sufficient research about proper propagation methods. We are not responsible for failed propagation. Feel free to ask me any questions before and after your purchase.

TERMS and CONDITIONS
• Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund if you request to hold your plant for more than 5 days
• Please beware plants are not manufactured products, each one is unique. Photos can not meet everyone's expectations, please check photos are taken by former customers for reference
• Please be careful when unwrapping your plant, we use tape to make sure the plant is safe to travel in the mail.
• California Buyers, please be aware that some customers may have their packages inspected by the CA state department of agriculture. We currently have had a 100% inspection pass rate, but if for any reason they decide to discard your item we cannot be held responsible. Thank you for your understanding. Please reach out within 14 days if you do not receive the item.
• If the item is in good health upon receipt, we can't' be held responsible for its long-term survival. Please do the necessary research to keep your plant thriving. We can't offer refunds for plants that arrive to the buyer in good health.
• MOST IMPORTANT: If the item is not delivered in good health or suffers serious shipping damage, please reach us out with pictures within 24 hours of the delivery time.
