Each of your face masks are printed on high quality photo card with a high end production laser printing machine (not a desk top ink jet printer or laser printer).


WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
32 Photo quality card face masks, fully cut out with elastic string and fasteners tabs provided for you to put together (it will take less than 30 seconds per mask).



WHY ORDER FROM My Printed?
Unlike others, I will fully cut out the face and eye holes (if you want the eyes cut out) with my cutting machine (not a pair of scissors).

Unlike others, I don't expect you to make you own holes to tie bits of elastic around , I supply sticky tabs to attach the elastic which means the front of the mask has no unsightly holes or elastic. Or if you have chosen sticks, then I provide sticky pads and sticks, again the front of the mask is undamaged .

I use a good quality card that is flexible enough to bend if you are going to wear them.

I have been selling Face Mask on Etsy now for over 3 years, so I have pretty much done them all, from cats and dogs, baby's to mums and everything in between.

I always provide a proof first, so you know exactly what you are getting. If the photo is poor quality, I will encourage you to supply another one (no extra charge for the extra artwork)!



1. HOW TO CHOOSE A SUITABLE PHOTO FOR A MASK
To give you the best results, it is always best to supply a photo. Now I know this sounds easy, and it is if you have taken the photo on your phone or camera. Just look in your gallery and send the picture from there.

It is best if you don't send any pictures from social media, WhatsApp, Instagram etc.. As these guys have to store millions of pictures, the first thing they do it lower the resolution of your picture for easy storage. Which is great when viewing on a camera, phone, laptop. But not so great when I need to enlarge just the head to around 20cm wide or 28cm tall. Also please don't send me screen captures as these tend to be low resolution as well.

How can you tell if its good enough? Just zoom in to the picture until the face in it is the size of a face in real life - if it's made of blocks it's probably not suitable.. If in doubt, just send it to me and I will check it out for you :)


2. A WHOLE FACE that is facing the camera
The mask always work best when you send the whole of the face, so I can see both ears. Best way to think of it is would it be good enough for a Passport or Driving license. Having said that I have printed and cut all sorts, from side on, caps and arms in the way. Again, I will always send a proof through Etsy so you can see what you will be getting. Whilst I have knowledge of Photoshop, and it can do some amazing things, I can not put back what is not there ;O

The eye holes, do not always line up to the printed eyes, I have my eye holes set at a standard distance apart, and as I am enlarging your photo, they don't always line up. But you can always see out of the mask!


3. A good quality shot
As mentioned before, Photoshop is amazing, but I am not here to recreate the photo, so if you send me a photo with half the face covered, then it will be cover when printed. If it is blurry photo, then the print will be blurry. If it is dark, the print will be dark.

Please take the time to find a good quality, well lit photo and buy I will give you the best face mask possible.


4. WHERE TO SEND YOUR Photos

HOW TO PUT YOUR MASKS TOGETHER
I print the masks on our photo quality card through my production laser printer. On the back of the mask will be the full instruction on how to assemble the mask. They are not hard and should only take around 30 seconds per mask.

Do I need to assemble my masks?
Yes, you will need to assemble the mask. They will only take around 30 seconds per mask and the full instuction on how to do this is on the reverse of every mask.

Can I send a picture from Instagram or Facebook?
Ideally I would say no. It would be best if you can send a photo from the gallery on your phone or camera. But if the image you really want is on social media, then send it through, I always do a proof before going to print, so you will get to see what it looks like.
Will any image work?


How many photos can I use?
The price is for one face for the set of masks. If you want more, then I charge just £5 for each extra face. I would then spread these evenly over the order. So if you order 20 face mask, and sent 2 photos, you would get 10 of each.

Can I send photos of pets?
Yes please do. I love it when I get to do these types of face masks.

How long will they take?
I will have your first proof to you within 2 working days.
Once approved I will have these printed, cut and dispatched in 4 working days from proof approval.
Then it is down to the shipping you choose, as I am based in the UK the shipping times after the job is completed would be

UK land mail sent first class will take 1 - 2 days (No tracking with this)
Europe land mail sent first class will take 5-10 working days (No tracking with this)
USA and rest of the world First class land mail will take 10 to 15 working days (No tracking with this)

Express delivery
Sent DPD or FedEx
UK - Next working day by 6pm (Tracking door to door)
