Since 1995, my creator GizzyBusy, has hand-crafted stuffed fabric bears like me, as well as other crafty gifts. Inspired by the many fabrics, prints, colors, and textures available from both new and existing textiles that create a new and unique bear for every recipient. Many of us evolved from fabric and trim, re-fashioned and re-purposed from their original use. Often, fabric remnants or outgrown garments that would otherwise wind up in a landfill have instead become Busy Bears; GizzyBusy's signature gift for new babies of friends and family. We are always a hit at baby showers and become family keepsakes that hold the memories of that precious moment in time. We can be displayed as part of a baby's room décor and/or used buy for bedtime cuddles, maybe even during story time. We can also be the perfect cuddle buddy for a college student and/or used to brighten a dorm's decor. For more than 30 years, GizzyBusy has viewed us as symbols of motherhood and child protection.

Product Details:

Stuffed fabric bear, perfect as a gift for a baby or toddler and is always a hit at baby showers or a a going away keepsake for a college student! Made of soft cotton fabrics in fun colors/prints with a decorative satin ribbon trim, all in complementary or contrast colors. Stuffed with Polyester Fiber Fill which is hypoallergenic. The bear can be considered minimalist due to the deliberate omission of attached artificial features such as eyes and nose. The only trim on the bear is the satin ribbon necktie which can and should be removed before washing, and definitely before being placed near the baby. All fabrics are pre-washed, and the items are made and packaged under sanitary conditions. The Bear comes to you pre-packaged for gift presentation, simple enough for you to change or add your own personal touch if you so desire.

Bear - 18"x8" fully extended; 13.5"x9” seated

Care Instructions:
Surface wash and air dry or machine wash and dry separately on gentle/cool cycle, after removing decorative satin ribbon from the bear's neck. Expect some change in shape if machine washed. Surface wash is ideal.
