Photo frame, handmade, made of burned matches glued one by one.
This is a technique that, as many others, definitely needs patience and insistence.
A total of 920 burned matchsticks are required for the 4 layers, in order for the attachment to be successfully made,
and about 3 hours in order for the handcraft to be completed.
This whole handcraft is exclusively made from burned matchsticks.

The photo frame is rectangular, thus suitable for both horizontal and vertical display.

CHOICE OF COLOR
I decided to show up this particular handcraft by painting it greengold,
(Νο 22 from the color chart shown in the photo gallery )
You can pick, though, the color of your choice from the color chart shown in the photo gallery

DETAILS ABOUT THE MAKING PROCEDURE
Unique and beautiful handcraft, made from 4 layers of matchsticks.
Instead of glass, I use plexiglass, since it is lighter and does not break.
Two bamboo sticks serve as a kickstand.
The picture is inserted in the frame at the back side and stabilized with the help of 4 matchsticks,
which are placed in the dedicated holes, creating a nice pattern at the same time.

DIMENSIONS
The frame is tabletop (cannot be hung up) and is intended for pictures with dimensions of 10 x 15 cm (4 x 6 inches).
The frame has the following dimensions:
width 2 cm or 0.79 inches, and
thickness 0.8 cm or 0.3 inches
The total width is 19 cm or 7.48 inches and
the total length is 14 cm buy or 5.5 inches.
It is a light handcraft, since it weighs approximately 100 g.
