Any damages must be emailed (ALL pictures) to me first to resolve with shipping company. Please retain ALL packing. I will file a claim and if approved I will find a replacement or refund. For USPS you must take all outer and inner contents to your post office to file a claim. They will no longer accept the senders claim as they want to see the damage in person.
