Return policy: Our Return policy is 14 Days from the moment you receive your item. In case of refund and return, the costumer need to inform the seller via Etsy message and the item needs to be send in maximum 14 days to the same address of the sender, otherwise the refund will not be possible. Once the item is received in the same condition that was send then the refund will be paid back to the costumer via Etsy. ISA will try to provide a short video as a proof of the item in working condition before shipping it to the costumer.
