155mm Japanese chef deba/ kitchen / VINTAGE buy

I have a selection of vintage Japanese utensils for sale. I have a passion buy for Japanese utensils that I'd like to share with you and I offer quality vintage Japanese utensils for a fair price.

I always add a photo of the kanji inscribed on the utensil for authenticity.

Deba is perfect for breaking down fish. Features a magnolia wood d shaped handle with plastic ferrule.

This would perform well in a professional kitchen or for home use.

Used and in decent condition.
Has some scratches and pitting on the blade.

This blade is carbon steel so require extra care to prevent rust.

This blade does have cosmetic damage but that does not effect the performance of the blade
