The turnaround time is 3-3,5 weeks from THE DAY I receive your items!
This listing is for 18" tall memory bears made from adult clothing and baby outfits.
To bring your Memory Bear home you'd need
1. For a memory bear from ADULT clothing you need send 1-2 t-shirts/shirts/gowns/blankets per bear (no super stretchy fabric, sorry!) WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. For a keepsake bear from Baby Outfits you need to send 9-10 baby outfits/onesies/sleepers
2. Pre-wash the clothes before mailing it to me.
3. If the item has spots, stains or holes - ask yourself if these are part of the memory that you'll want as part of your Memory Bear.Sometimes these little things make the most precious memories. Let me know if you want me to include them into the design of your bear or avoid them.
4. Look into extra options that I offer to make it even more personal - add a name, date, a quote. PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE!
5. Let me know if you would like to keep the remnants - the shipping cost for the remnants will be calculated by weight
6. There are NO refunds for memory bears as it is a custom order and I will be sending you step by step photos of your bear in progress to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I always try to do my best, but be realistic - i cant make a brand new bear out of 10 year old shirt :(
Please remember, these bears are NOT toys and are not intended for rough playing and pulling. They are spot clean only.
7. After the payment is submitted, you'll receive the address where the clothes should be sent to
My house is smoke FREE and pet friendly (I have a cat and a dog, but they buy do not have an access to my sewing room). It takes about 3 weeks for the bear to be made.
