*** DETAILS ***

The mosaic measures about cm 30 x cm 30.
Is composed by 5 ceramic tiles. Each tile measures about cm 10 x 10.

The Crucifix is "ready to hang". You will have the tiles already glued on a poplar crosswise panel with hooks. So you will can immediately hang to the wall.

If you want, I will send the tiles not glued on the poplar panel and you will can install it directly on the wall, on the floor, or wherever you want using a siliconic glue or a glue for tiles.

You can also choose a larger version of this mosaic. It will be composed by 5 (five) cm 20 x 20 tiles.
Final size of the larger version will be cm 60 x cm 60. Also the tiles of the larger version will be glued on a poplar crosswise panel with hooks (ready to hang).

Also for the larger version, I will can send the tiles not glued on the poplar panel and you will can install it directly on the wall, on the floor, or wherever you want using a siliconic glue or a glue for tiles.


*** WORKING PROCESS ***

We start working at your mosaic after purchasing. All our works are made to order.
So your mosaic will be absolutely new and perfect.

The manifacturing process requires at least 3 working days.

We work at each piece / tile with care and attention.

Before all we print an high resolution image on a special pvc sheet.
Then we glue the pvc to the ceramic tiles.
We apply the first two coats of paint (all our glazes and paints are water-based and absolutely eco-friendly).
The day after we bake the tile at high temperature so as to ensure maximum strenght and durability.
Then we begin the process of vitrification. We apply more layers of a special glaze created and patented by us (always water-based).

We use only brushes. We follow traditional methods. No airbrush or machinery.

All our tiles are very glossy and durable.
