The Story Behind 'Certitude:'
So much is happening in 2020, and I believe we are on track for positive changes. Working with trauma, I appreciate that disruption of management strategies formed to contain unresolved stress physiology is a necessity. Given the right support, it can be metabolized and the suffering person or animal goes on to live a freer life.
