All plushies come with safety eyes. Embroidered eyes ONLY upon request.

Please note the estimated date to be shipped out is ONLY an estimate. While I do strive to get these out by the date estimated, sometimes I have an influx of orders that have been placed before yours. I will always keep you updated if i cannot have it shipped by the estimated date.

Each plushie is unique and hand made. There is a chance that each animal slightly differs in size or look. I am not a machine and cannot get them 100% identical but, i do my best to get them as close as possible to one another.

There are absolutely no refunds. Once your order is placed, you may not be given a refund but, for extreme cases store credit MAY be available BEFORE the animal is shipped out.

Color changes are granted only to my discretion. If you'd like to change the colors, please message me on Etsy ASAP to see if I'm able to accommodate. Please note i may have already began working on the plushie or have already completed it.
