And sending you a plant pot which is similar size from the photo which ever you've selected, and with the best heavy variegation you will get before we shipped out so that you can decide whether you will continue to purchase order or not. Willing to accept Cancellation if you really don't like the plant photo which did I sent to you.

Shipping Process:
Give as 1-2 weeks to process your order. We hired a shipping broker to process documents (PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE) and while its done we handed over your plant/package to proceed its shipment, Shipping brokers will send a trackable number to us from UPS when it's reached to UK about 3-4days from the day when in transit from Philippines and will update tracking number in etsy. UPS shipment from UK to USA it's take only 1-3days.

1)I'll pack with utmost love and care. But I cannot guarantee the conditions of plants or cuttings once they leave my hands. but keep in mind that there is always a risk in shipping a live plant, especially in hot/cold weather. Please understand some cosmetic damages are possible during transit(I'll try my best to avoid it) the leaves may be bit browning,yellowish dropping in common, wilted buy stem or minor rot during shipping. No refunds or exchanges. Any problem may occur of your plant please contact us.

2)We offer replacement if the item arrived in a severe damage conditions/nor dead.Refund and replacement applied for plant dead on arrival ONLY!!, You must send a clear photo as your proof or an unboxing video within 24hrs from the day you received your package for approval to offer replacement/refund, but not later than arrival and reception date.
-For replacement, we will offer the given plant(s) excluding shipping cost. If you consider replacement, we shall request a full shipping charge from you to enhance your shipment.
-For refund, we will keep it between partial or full refund as the case may be. We will refund the plant price to you excluding shipping cost.
In a case of a lost package (over 30 days after shipment), please check your tracking number on the courier website if the package is still on delivery or stop at customs. Please endeavor to file a case to UPS for claims. Please note: cases of lost items are out of guarantee of refund.
NOTE: This is a living plant, it will be in a dark box during shipment. Sequel, it might have imperfections. Please be calm to grow it back and don't be stressed both yourself and plants.
