As for condition, this console is selling cheaper than others on here because the back plate on top screen is missing. Doesn't affect gameplay in the buy slightest. Only noticeable when it's sitting on a counter. (You probably didn't even notice in the pictures) Buttons and circle pad feel great. Not quite 'brand new' but very close for a almost decade old console. No scratches and touch screen still looks very good. Other than the back plate the console is in like new condition.
