Good vintage condition. Slight sign of use. Note the last picture shows a very small scratch which you have to look very closely and can only be seen under certain angles of light. Does not in anyway hinder the beauty of the picture on the tile. Also you might notice at the top of the buy tile a white spot - that is a manufacture flaw - It is fully glazed there and is not a chip. It is not considered a defect but acceptable. Heljä Liukko-Sundström graduated from the Institute of Industrial Arts in 1962. She started work at Arabia in the Department of Industrial Arts and moved to the Art Department in 1967. She stayed with the company over 50 years. She is most known for her graphic illustrative ceramic tiles.
