Returns must be made within 14 days (date on the post mark is buy important).

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE EUROPEN UNION - we accept but they are not fully refounded.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
We also LEAVE APPROXIMATELY 25-30% FEE - it is cost of custom duties, that we have to pay for importing returned item.
