Fisher Price Sesame Street house/building. Nearly complete- only missing the eraser and chalk. Includes all the other accessories that came with the set. There are 9 little people/figures- 8 that are with the set (Big Bird, Ernie, Bert, Cookie Monster, buy Oscar the Grouch, Mr Hooper, Susan and Gordon), and I added an extra Roosevelt Franklin. Some of the figures have mildly worn faces. Big bird has its nest. There is a Ladder, Street sign, Garbage truck, Fire hydrant, newspaper stand, mailbox and Mr Hooper's shop counter piece with 2 attached seats. Also, Beds for Ernie and Bert. Sofa, coffee table and a TV with litho of Grover on it. Table with litho and 2 chairs. Building base lithos have some wrinkling and wear in areas. Chalkboard is clean without marks. Carrying handle intact (it's often broken). No cracks or broken pieces.
