*We encourage all customers to plan ahead by taking proper measurements prior to submitting their order, and ensure all brackets are installed properly. Brackets should be installed directly into wall studs for maximum support and stability. Wall studs can be located using an electronic stud finder that can be purchased at any big box store. Wall studs are generally spaced 16" apart. Drywall anchors may be used at the buyers discretion and should be rated for the appropriate load amount.*

REFUNDS: If you for some reason are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued for buyer measurement errors. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please be sure to inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery. If you happen to receive any of your items damaged or missing parts: **DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR PACKAGING**. You will be required to send us several photos of the damaged items AND the shipping box it arrived in. You may also be required to present any/all boxes and packing materials for an in-store physical inspection. In order to submit a claim via the carrier- boxes/packing materials must all be saved. In certain circumstances, the carrier may require an in-store physical inspection of your box + packing materials. By disposing of the packaging materials stated above, you may waive your right to a insurance claim replacement. There will be no refund on the damaged items; we will replace them for you at no additional cost.
