Hand Painted Porcelain buy Yarn Bowl With Hummingbirds and Roses

I was asked if I could paint a yarn bowl buy with a design that I had put on a vase. I had to look on line to see what a yarn bowl was. I found some that were not glazed and added my own twist to it.

I first applied a clear glaze and high fired it. I then added the Hummingbirds and roses. The roses are fired on decals and the Hummingbirds are hand painted then it was fired in a kiln then I darkened the colors and fired it again.

This is a must have for the person who loves to knit or crochet. There is a J slot to guide the yarn while keeping the yarn ball in one spot.

This makes a great gift idea or keep it for yourself.
