This snood is made for hair 1-2 inches BELOW the shoulders.

This snood hairnet is made from #10 gold crochet thread. The cotton part of the thread is gold and there is a shiny gold metallic filament running the length of the thread. Although the glitter of the thread did not photograph well, the snood is ablaze with golden glow when light hits the thread.

There are a ka-zillion pearl beads crocheted into the netting. The beads will not come off unless the thread is cut.

The snood has an attached metal gold headband of leaves using gold metallic thread. The leaves extend from one ear over the top of the head to the other and should not dig into the wearer's neck. Underneath the leaf headband is a band of gold elastic which allows some adjustment for comfort and buy fit. Ample elastic is included & can be trimmed once adjusted to your head. (Instructions included!) I was unable to photograph the snood with any sunlight hitting the snood as the gold metal headband was so reflective of the sunshine the camera couldn't capture the image.
