Shipping and Processing Policy

All our designs are shipped from our home studio, Arlington Virginia, by USPS priority mail. We also offer FedEX, DHL or USPS, but they are a lot more expensive, please contact us for pricing.

For East Coast Customers: Shipping time 1 - 3 days

For West Coast Customers: Shipping time 2 - 4 days

For Other Parts of the Country: Shipping time 3 - 5 days

For EU: 1-2 weeks

For Mid-East: I only ship DHL to Mid-East due to the unstable postal service. Please contact me for pricing.

Express mail with USPS is available. However, I can't 100% guarantee the delivery time. 80% of the time they arrive within 1-2 days, other time they arrive within 3-4 days.


20 Days Return and Exchange Policy:

Please send the item back with the original purchase receipt for exchange or return in 20 days from the delivery date.

Refund might not be processed if the receipt is missing. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the original form of payment up to 20 days from the delivery day. per item handling fee will be deducted if the return was mailed over 21 days to 35 days from the delivery day. No refund would be allowed if the merchandise was mailed over 35 days from the delivery day.

All returns made with a gift receipt will be returned for a store merchandise gift card.

Custom design items are not refundable.

All shipping cost(s) is non-refundable.

Exchanges will only be accepted for the same price range items in a different color or size. Merchandise sold as “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged at any time. The 2nd shipping cost will be waived for all exchange items.

Lost Packages:

All the products are insured. If the USPS tracking system shows that your package never arrives, I will refund you 100%, or send you a new one instead.

If the USPS tracking system shows that your package is arrived but you don't have it. Please contact your local post office as well as file a policy report of stolen packages. I will refund 50% of the cost after receiving a copy of your police report.
