This is a heavy cast iron pot or saucepan with a lid made by Le Cousance in France in the classic "Le Creuset"orange enamel. This pot is basically the same thing as a Le Creuset. By late 50s, Creuset bought the Cousance company which was making cast iron since 1500s.
The bottom has the number 20 which indicates the width of the pot in centimeters. It has wear on the edge of the pot with stains and scratches in the interior. It's not in perfect condition but It is still totally usable, trust me, I seen much worst. the price is in consequence of the condition.
Measurement
7 3/4" diameter
4 3/4" tall to the top of the lid handle.
Handle is about 3"
