Enclosure was completed 10/20 and can ship immediately however, it will not be ready to house your spider until 10/27 - 11/03. That will give it the 7-14 days required to “air” out any fumes from the process of creating it.

Comes with free mossy hide which has been sealed against moisture and secured on cork bark.

Would be good for sling 4th instar and up depending on size. If you are still feeding them fruit flies I would not suggest this enclosure. The fruit flies can't escape the no see-um mesh, but it may be more difficult for your spider to catch its prey.

Enclosure has 2 air vents. One on each side for air flow and for easier misting (grommets are plastic to avoid any rusting should you decide to mist using the air holes) They are covered with Mesh Fabric.

Please see photo where there is a mark above one of the vents that I caught with my dremmel. Not cracked and does not affect the enclosure at all. Just cosmetic.

There is also a small feeding hole on top which closes with a cork. Simply pull the cork out, drop in your pets food, and place the cork back in the hole. PLEASE NOTE: This hole is large enough for an adult spider to escape if you forget to put the cork back in!

Enclosure - Plastic 5x5x5 Container is a flip top container which opens from the bottom. This allows you to lift the top of the enclosure off for easier cleaning.

Heavier items are glued into place buy with E6000 which is a strong adhesive. It is silicone based and non toxic, waterproof, and holds up to strong temperature extremes. Plants are glued into place with hot glue.

All wood items are coated twice with sealant to prevent mold.
