I have been dealing antiques for over 30 years and sold hundreds of pieces of Royal Nippon in that time but I can not remember ever seeing another Mustache Cup and Saucer. This beauty is top notch quality with incredible large Hand Painted Roses plus the signature sandy yellow and cobalt blue colors of Royal Nippon. I can not imagine finding a finer example.
Condition : excellent condition as seen. No Chips, cracks or repairs, just minor signs of use consistent with being around 125 years old
Sizes : makes a great display with the Cup measuring approx 4-1/2 inches long across the handle by 2-1/2 inches tall at the rim and buy the Saucer measuring 6-1/4 inches across.
