Icon buy board 30x35 cm (11.81x13.78 inches) flat, gessoed

This 30x35 cm flat gessoed icon board is made of good quality linden wood with solid wedge and opposed oak braces, inserted in the back.

It is carefully prepared for painting according to all the requirements of the tradition – two coats of hot rabbit skin glue, then gluing linen, then 12 layers of natural gesso made after classical recipe, proven in ages. The gesso is perfect for using egg tempera technique.
Special attention is paid to the sanding process.
